We want Wraxa to be valuable to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund, please review the terms below.
1. Subscription refunds
- All paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment.
- A refund is available if you have not actually used paid features such as publishing on a custom domain, bulk AI edits, or other subscription-only options.
- If the subscription has already been used to publish a site, generate content, or accept payments, the refund is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued proportionally for the unused period.
2. Non-refundable items
- Costs for connected third-party services, domains, hosting, and payment system fees.
- Tokens already spent on site generation or editing.
- Additional services provided at your request (custom development, individual setup, consultations).
3. How to request a refund
- Email us at support@wraxa.ai with the subject line 'Refund request'.
- Include your account email, payment date, and reason for the refund.
- We review requests within 5 business days and notify you of the decision by email.
4. Refund processing time
- Once approved, the refund is returned to the same card or payment method used for the original payment.
- The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and usually ranges from 3 to 14 business days.
5. Policy changes
- We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
