How billing works

Separate subscriptions

Sites and Visuals Pro are paid for and cancelled independently. A Sites subscription doesn't unlock Visuals, and Visuals Pro doesn't include a website.

One token balance

Tokens from the subscription that renews first are spent first, then purchased packs. On renewal, plan tokens are replaced, not added up.

No free trial

Generations unlock after payment. To try it out, start with one-time Visuals access.

Cancelling

Turn off auto-renewal in your profile. Access stays until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

We refund a payment if you email support@wraxa.ai within 3 days of the charge and haven't spent a single token since.

In-app purchases

Prices in the App Store and Google Play may differ because of Apple or Google commission. The price the store shows before payment applies.
